The Workflows dashboard provides an overview of all your workflows.

To work with the Workflows dashboard:

  1. Go to Marketing in the left pane and select Workflows.

    The Workflows report lists all of your workflows.

  2. To view real-time metrics for active workflows, select the workflow in the list.

    Metrics

    You can see the number of users currently active in your workflow and additional metrics, as listed in the following table:

    Total Entries

    Number of users who have entered your workflow based on entry criteria

    Current Users

    Number of users currently in the workflow

    Total Messages Sent

    Total number of messages sent to those who have enabled push or opted-in to receive push messages

    Total Open Rate

    Total number of messages opened/the total number of messages sent

    Event Listener

    Number of users who may still, did, or did not perform an event

    Wait Timer

    Number of users waiting

    Send Push Notification

    Number of messages sent to those who have enabled or opted-in to receive push messages

    Unreachable

    Number of messages that were not sent or sent and not received, for the following reasons, among others:

    • device unreachable due to push disabled
    • push message delivery system failed to respond (GCM, APNS),
    • payload error

Exporting your data

To export your data to a CSV download:

  • Select Performance Report in the upper-right corner.
